The strength of bag is Double than the weight packed in the bag.(25 Kg.) Imside of bag is lined with wooven polymer fabric. Wooven fabrics are commonly used in cement and fertilizers packing units. (50 Kg.)

Guard against dublicity

Our sister concern is the only manufacturer of the special fabric in India and produce it exclusively for our enterprices, not for open market.

Printing :

Outer surface of bag is white and smooth which makes the prinitng on bag marvelous nad attractive. (upto 4 color through screen pritning as well as offset printing)

Manufacturing capacity

we have maufacturing capacityof 5-7 lacs per month.

Water Proofing

The special fabricused for bag manufacturing is lined by a polymer film pasted at 300'C temp.between outer surface and inner surface, which makes it 100% water proof. The whole processing is done by a automatic plant.
